Welcome to PRIYDE. We have been providing products/services/programs to individuals, non-profit organizations and corporations in the Washington, DC and Jackson, MS area for over 8 years.
The PERICO Institute for Youth Development and Entrepreneurship, Inc. (PRIYDE) was founded in 2000 to provide alternative youth training and development tools to youth service providing organizations.
Originally organized in Washington, DC., PRIYDE has provided technical assistance, program development, and direct services to youth service providers serving at-risk youth 14 - 21 years of age.

The PERICO Institute for Youth Development and Entrepreneurship uses a Renssarlerville Institute (TRI) model that emphasizes outcomes, targets, and milestones. Our team is committed to providing the necessary and sufficient tools our youth need to navigate their ever-changing environs.
Johnnie Hawkins, Executive Director
Graduate of Tougaloo College, with a BA degree in Sociology. Johnnie has more than 20 years of experience working with non-profit organizations in resource development, partnership development, marketing and media relations, and volunteer training and development.
Charles L. Perry, Chairman
Charles Perry and is a native of Lake City, Florida. He
is a 20-year Air Force retiree, who holds a bachelor's degree in
Political
Science from Mercer University, and a Master's degree in Administration
from
Georgia College. For the past seventeen years, he has been president
and
CEO of PERICO, Incorporated, a small management consulting firm.
Additionally, Charles is the head of a nonprofit named the PERICO
Institute for
Youth Development and Entrepreneurship; this charity is devoted to youth
development in financial, educational and career development.
Currently,
he provides consultative services to national and local community and
faith-based organizations.
Mr. Perry's skill
set includes Human Resource Development, Organizational
Development, Resource Development, Program Development and Program
Evaluation.
Tiffany Coleman-McGee, Program Associate
Graduate of Tougaloo College (Tougaloo, MS) with Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Tiffany is skilled in designing and formatting surveys; data management; data entry; electronic data processing; SPSS; spreadsheet conversions; information technology, including: OMR technology and electronic scanning and imaging systems.
